It’s based somewhat on the real-life towns of Miami and Miami Beach and is located in the fictional state of Leonidas.

We observe an airboat careening through a swamp in the trailer. This location is depicted in two short segments. The first is set on a beautiful sun-dappled morning, while the second is staged during the day, with dozens of flamingos at the same time. Making even a swamp look more realistic and elegant is what Rockstar has been doing for decades.

3. Alligators Straight Out of Nowhere!

We are gonna witness a lot of real-life incidents in GTA 6 that is something we can assure you! One of the highlights of the teaser was alligators that pop up a lot of times in the 91-second clip.  

In the swamp scene, we observe one being dragged from a swimming pool and another breaking into a shop. Our best guess is that there is a quest where you must fight with one of these massive creatures.

As per The Guardian, A Florida man known as “Florida Joker ” accused Grand Theft Auto 6 creators of using his likeness in the promotional trailer. In a TikTok video, the man demands $1-2 million in compensation, emphasizing the resemblance between his mugshot and the character.

Keeping the controversial part aside, we can see some engaging buttons in the game that clearly show that social media will play a huge role in communication as well as engagement in the game.

6. The Foliage Visuals – Treat-to-the-eyes

The overall visuals of GTA 6 are something beyond legendary. No questions asked! We can see where the dedication and work have been spent in the past ten years. There are just too many plants, flamingos, or people jammed onto the screen at once.

Back to the bayou swamp scene, the club, or the beach. They’re crammed together, and this density will almost certainly be tapped to make Vice City feel bright and active.

7. The Ray Tracing Technique

It’s true that we cannot make too many assumptions based on the 91-second GTA 6 trailer but some elements make the game all the more exciting. One of the most impressive aspects is the use of full ray-traced lightning. This is where the light path is simulated, producing significantly more precise shadows and reflections than previous techniques.

A quick look at the shadows created by people walking and street lights, those found under cars, and the reflections in water and on car paint jobs reveal that ray tracing is barely used in a few of the trailer’s scenes if at all but this is not even 5% of the overall game.

Some shadows are missing here and there. Furthermore, there is no sense of the transference of light color colour observed in a full ray tracing implementation in the scenario representing a high-rise apartment pool (the glass has a blue-green tint that does not impact the cast light).

But nothing can stop us from appreciating the placements of the objects and their motions. Everything does look fantastic and this is just a trailer there is a lot to explore in 2025.

1. The Venetian Causeway

Rockstar Games depicted the neighborhood almost exactly as it is, including tiny elements such as a distinct bike lane, tennis court, parking lot, and so on. 2. The Macarthur Causeway

The YouTuber then showed the MacArthur Causeway, where a girl, thought to be Lucia, the protagonist of GTA 6, was seen standing in a convertible automobile. The highway in the promo video connects to the in-game airport, as it does in real life.

3. The Ocean Drive

The Ocean Drive was portrayed in the Grand Theft Auto 6 reveal video by Rockstar. The real-life location is similarly filled with neon lights and hotels, and it has the same feel as the computer game. Joel also displayed the Hotel Victor building, which appears in the game as Hotel Dixon.
