Unity Developer

2+ Years Exp

Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management.
Familiarity with level design and planning. - Experience with game physics and particle systems.
Experience with mobile and console game development. Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware.
Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies.
Experience with Collision System, Game Physics & Particle System.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and good command in c#.
Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns. Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools {such as Git, SVN, Unity Collab and Plastic SCM}.
Experience in Multiplayer games is a plus.
Good to have basic knowledge in Unreal Development.
Can work on building Tools to be reused and for Marketplaces
Experience in Digital Twin or Solution based Project is a good to have skill.
Experience in lighting and shader programming or shader graphs.
Experience in AR and VR is a plus.

Motion Graphic Artist

3+ Years Exp

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Relevant certifications in Motion Graphics or Video Editing will be an added advantage
Should have strong skills in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Responsible for creating high-quality promotional and marketing videos, engaging animations, and visually appealing content for games, and digital products.
Required Software skills like Adobe After Effects; Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Audition.
Good to have software skills like Spine2D; Cinema 4D(C4D); or Blender.
Strong storytelling and storyboard creation skills
Motion graphics and animation knowledge
Video editing and post-production skills
Experience in creating promotional and marketing videos
Good understanding of composition, timing, typography, and visual communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good to have Audio editing and sound enhancement skills
2D character animation using Spine2D
Basic understanding of 3D workflows and rendering
Gaming, Digital Products for gaming industries, Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Agency experience preferred.
Create high-quality motion graphics and animated videos for marketing, promotional, and social media content
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives based on project requirements
Edit and enhance video content using transitions, effects, sound, and motion design techniques
Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging visual content
Create game trailers, teasers, promotional videos, and product showcase videos
Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and overall quality across projects
Optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites
Manage project files, assets, and deliverables in an organized manner
Stay updated with current motion design trends and industry standards
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to understand feedback and implement changes effectively
Passion for animation, motion design, and digital content creation
Good time management and problem-solving skills

Unreal Developer

3+ Years Exp

Required minimum 3 year of Experience.
Experience on Engine Versions: Unreal Engine 4.27, 5, and above
Expertise in both Blueprints and C++
Ability to build scalable and modular gameplay systems
Nice understanding of core gameplay architecture
Experience working with UMGs
Ability to optimize performance for PC and console platforms
Familiar with game loop architecture, tick handling, and event-driven programming
Capable of writing clean, maintainable, and modular code
Experienced in debugging, profiling, and performance analysis
Familiar with code versioning tools like Git, Perforce, SVN, or Plastic SCM
Ability to integrate and test third-party plugins or systems
Passionate about learning and implementing new Unreal Engine features
Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of shader graphs and material system (preferred)
Eager to contribute to both game and non-game creative solutions
Experience with simulation projects like training tools, infrastructure planning, or visualization systems
Familiar with animation systems (characters and vehicles)
Familiarity with AI systems like Behavior Trees and NavMesh
Understanding of replication and multiplayer mechanics
Experience with Niagara or Cascade particle systems
